gINT SOFTWARE SIGNS DEALERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH FINE FOR GEO5
Two Top Global Geotechnical Software Developers to Cooperate, Market Each Other's Solutions
Windsor, CA—September 30, 2008—gINT Software, Inc., maker of gINT geotechnical and geoenvironmental data management and reporting software, is pleased to announce that it has signed a mutual exclusive dealership agreement with Fine s.r.o., a Prague-based maker of geotechnical analysis software. Under the agreement, gINT Software will exclusively represent Fine's comprehensive GEO5 geotechnical analysis software suite, in the USA, Canada and Mexico, while Fine will exclusively represent gINT Software's industry-leading data management and reporting software in the Czech Republic and surrounding Eastern European countries, including Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

Designed to address a wide range of geotechnical challenges, Fine's GEO5 software suite consists of targeted programs that work separately or together to analyze a wide range of problems, including slope and rock stability, sheet pile design and analyses, retaining wall design, foundation design and settlement analyses. GEO5, which has a 20-year track record in Europe, offers a consistent, user-friendly interface and powerful reporting. The easy-to-use software is affordable and compatible with North American standards.

The GEO5 software suite is being reconfigured for the North American marketplace, with the addition of industry codes and specifications unique to the USA, Canada and Mexico. Most of the reconfiguration has been completed, with additional GEO5 programs becoming available in October and subsequent months.
